PRO-93 Programming

I am trying to help a friend program a PRO-93 scanner. Does anyone know if the Radio Shack USB programming cable (20-047) will work with the PRO-93? Also, I have the cable but I cannot find the disc that contains the driver for the programming cable. Does anyone know if I can download the driver from any sites?

Yes, the cable will work. Just plug it in and see if your PC will recognize it.

You can always download the drivers from the GRE site also.

Yes that cable will work with the PRO-93. Do NOT use the pigtail that came with it. When it comes to drivers, the driver you need depends on which operating system you are using. I'd be surprised if yu can't find the driver from either the RS site (search for your cable there) or the Wiki section here on RR (that cable is used for most GRE made scanners).
