Pro 96 Problems

Hi

I'm having a problem with my PRO-96 scanner, went and bought a new cord, but it still stops scanning every once in a while, flashes low battery--even though always on AC connection, never hardly used batteries, sometimes looses i guess the connection, and have to wiggle the AC cord to get it back. Is what i'm describing normal, or does it need repair?

Could be the wrong tip on the charger. Page 28 in OM states to use size C Adaptaplug but many test indicate size B may be a tighter fit.

Pro-96 Problems

I do have a B plug and a C, i guess i could find where i put the B one, and try that, and see if there is any improvement, using C tip right now.
