Pro 96 volume

Is there any way to change the volume for one certain frequency, it is always louder than the other channels and I know that otehr scanners have this capability, but was wondering if the Pro-96 does?

No, there's not. Just out of curiosity, what scanner has the option to set a volume level per channel? I've owned a lot of them and I've never run across one that has this option.

The PSR-500 and PSR-600

Those allow a 6dB "boost" to the audio level of an active object (e.g. a conventional channel, a talkgroup, an entire trunking system), but not a per-object "volume control".
