Pro 96 Welcome Message Justify Problem

When I program my scanner using Win96 and just load one .p96 file into it, the welcome message looks just like I typed it. Its centered the way I want it and all. When I use the V Scanner option and write one of my p96 files to it, when I load that v folder from my scanner, the welcome message is right justified. Its no longer centered. It does that on all the V folders that I write to the scanner. I don't have the problem when i just upload to the scanner.
Any help would be appreciated.

i had a similar problem with my Pro-92. i had to push the reset button on the side near the power connector. i held that for 5 seconds and that clear everything from the scanner. i then uploaded everything back to the scanner and it worked. might want to try that and see what happens.
