PRO-96

Ok on my way to buy the PRO-96 from Radio Shack, for Phoenix, Arizona is going digital and already is on most freq. (What I have been told from Radio Shack and what I have read) Question how do I know if the CPU is 1.3 on the new PRO-96?

Have them turn it on and press <3> during the welcome screen, it should display the following if it is up to date:

  Version 
CPU:    F1.3 
DSP-App:F1.2 
DSP-Voc:F1.0

Now, you did read the answer to your encryption question, right? The Pro-96 is not gonna help that problem.
