Actually ProMed is based in two places... Malvern, and El Dorado.... There Freq is RX: 159.990 DPL: 114 (Malvern freq, dont have there El Dorado freq)

They run two trucks full time covering the City of Malvern, and the central part of Hot Spring County.

TY! I hear them talked about in HSC, and in MC... They must have ops in Montgomery too. I can't see running an emergency call from HSC all the way across GC to MC when you only have 2 or 3 units, and your an EMS agency LOL.. that would make response times in the 45 minute to an hour or longer ranges. Thats not happening lol. Now an agency like say ASP sometimes has to make long distance runs as its unavoidable. Thankfully its not that often. I have not heard an ASP run that was over 25 minutes so far. Last night was an interesting one with 2 troopers having to search all over trying to find an couple having issues, and rolling. I fell asleep before that was resolved, but listened to like 30 minutes of K-31 K-33, Clark SO, HSC SO, and even GCSO in on it.

Montgomery Co has its own EMS, and they op on the SO chan and OEM chan... But in the last three weeks I have heard MCSO/OEM call for PRO-Med to be sent in... Wierd. And have heard once PRO-Med get called for Saline Co. Maybe they are going to expand? I know Lifenet has ops in Montgomery, Garland, and assists in Hot Springs Counties. And of course they run transfers to Little Rock, Arkadelphia, and I did hear one unit do a transfer to Memphis. That's a heck of a long haul lol.. I wouldn't want to pay that bill!

I think they do alot of "mutual-aid" stuff when they are going into other counties. And your right! I'd hate to see there bill on that Memphis trip. A friend of mine works for LifeNet and he called me from out of state the other day on a transfer, I think it was somewhere in Oklahoma, but heck I cant remember... I guess hey if you can afford it, why not? right? Lol
