I have a BCD536HP with the added Pro-Voice software. While monitoring my local police and fire department, which are using Pro-Voice, I have noticed the volume when monitoring these, two, entities is so much louder than anything else I scan. If you turn down the volume to get the Pro-Voice at a comfortable level, it makes the others way, too, soft.

Is there a way by using Sentinal to lower the volume-level of the Pro-Voice channels to the same level as my other stations?

Please walk me through the steps, using Sentinel, if this is possible.

Thanks so much.

Is this happening in one talkgroup? Or all of them? If all or per talk group you have to set the offset volume per talkgroup. Here is a screen shot I just made.
