Pro668 Programming Library UPDATES

I am still trying to program my pro668 to receive a project 25 trunked system, it is phase 1. Apparently the database within the software should include this system but it does not. I have tried everything to program the system manually, even visited with the scanner guru at RadioShack. He told me he cannot help, lol what a surprise. The lack of support is very surprising.

Anyways, the software refers me to to RadioShack.com which is just their web site, and radioreference.com which seems to be the answer. Is it possible to request a library update which would include this trunked system so it does not need to be manually programmed which is very complicated in my opinion(33 pages in fine print) Found here: marksscanners.com/p800/p800.shtml.

Please help if possible either with how to request the update or to program it myself. Any option would be great. Thanks in Advance.

Where are you?

You can update your library files by selecting the Updates menu, and then the Check for Library Updates option. This will download and install the latest library files to your computer. The library files are updated once a week and are usually published late Friday or Saturday.
