pro96 corruption??

My pro96 hs been working fine for over a year.It rebandad fine Now all of a sudden I have lost receive
sensitivity close transmisions ok a little garbled once in a while>The weather channel the 1 you get when you press wx does not work the display flashes like it is trying to scan!! Any one know if this can be rectified?If so how??Thank You
