Pro96com grant log help

Hi, I am running Pro96com and a radio shack Pro-2096 watching a local NC VIPER site. While watching the screen it's working fine, showing site affiliations, talkgroups and RID information. When I go to save the log data I get affiliation log, tower log, and patch log files. However I don't get a grant log, which is the only way I can see encrypted flags. I am specifically wanting to see the logged encrypted talkgroups so I can verify they are encrypted. I tried to do this but I can't figure out how to make a grant log file. I have one that is from earlier in the year and so I know it's possible, but I can't figure out what is turned off in pro96com that I am overlooking. Also, the one grant log file I have shows the type as Grant with (enc) next to what I know to be known encrypted TGs. But I just don't know how to get the software to generate the grant log file. I figured this out. Under configuration settings is a button for screen settings, then another under that called grant log. Click make this screen visible. The nice part is that this screen is where talkgroups show up as encrypted or not. Also under screen settings is another button called affiliations, turn on include denied affiliations to see radios that get denied access to the particular site you are monitoring. This is great for finding out which agencies are too far from the site you are monitoring to use. Very useful.
