Problem setting up new system

I'm trying to set up a new 800Mhz trunking system in the PSR-800. I began by duplicating an existing system in the EZ Scan software and then editing the site frequencies and talkgroups. I then copied the new configuration to my 800. The problem is that I'm hearing nothing on the scanner when monitoring the new system and the "T" symbol isn't visible. Anything I'm missing here? Also, how can I view frequencies in the 800? If it matters, the new system I'm programming is am Indiana SAFE-T tower.

You can only view the TRS frequencies in the software. If you aren't seeing the "T", the radio isn't receiving the control channel. Check and make sure you can hear the CC with decent reception. You can use the limit search to find the freq. and see what kind of reception you have on it.
