problem turning on scanner

When i plug in my usb cord to scanned it says initialing usd interface.
Then it says please see user guide for more information
then it says code; 3-01 00000002 0011hen
I have tried reinserting micro card . I cant get scanner to turn on. It just says error message any suggestions. W hen i leave my usb cord in scanner It wont turn off

You didn't specify but it sounds like you have a GRE radio PSR800 or similar with an SD card.

If so, the most obvious answer is the SD card is corrupt. You may want to pull the SD card, try a Windows reformat and then reload the card.

If that doesn't solve it, you can do low level formatting of the SD card ... or, pick up a new card and start fresh.

RadioShack, Best Buy, Target, Meijer, Walk Mart, K Mart, Walgreen's, CVS, Big Lots, and many more. Scandisk seems to work the best, but folks have had good luck with others, even some generics. 8-16gb work well.
