BCD325P2/BCD996P2: Problem with P25 system while scanning

The next town over from me is a P25 system. Have it programmed in and checked it multiple times. If scanner is in scan mode, it never stops on system. If I hold it on the system, it works fine. Scanning it never stops. Hold it picks up with 5 bars and no issues.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

How do you have it programmed in the scanner

Here is the system. Squelch is set to 1.

Set it to 2 as Doc suggested. If you have it set to 1 it might be caught up on something else during a scan

While I'm no expert, it looks like conventional to me also just multiple sites.

A suggestion: Set NAC to "Search"..... I found my local P25 police & fire have been using different NACs than what's been listed here on RR, and that might be the case for you, too...

Possibly a dumb question but, when programming did you assign a quick key to your system and group?

You can manage a 996P2 much better using labeling of all your Systems and along with System and Group QKeys you can find "Groups" and "TGs" very quickly,...

Tried a different software and for some reason it works. Did a manual grab and it works!
