The official ProScan website is where the installer should be downloaded from, not groups.ioMy copy of Version 24.5 updated with no errors. You might try closing ProScan and download from the groups.io group directly and execute once you have unzipped the app. That is how I did it.

Yes, problem solved, I downloaded the software from ProScan as I said and everything is ok, all I was trying to do is give Proscan a heads up of the problem downloading from the ProScan Software and Bob Said he saw my post.We'll never know.
