I have one dongle sdr and for the momen i can't get a second one for sdrtrunk and i monitoring the p-25 trunking of police and firefighter of my region but the problem is that the frequency that they mostly talk is 4mhz further so i'm just monitoring the frequency where they talk. Police is encrypted but when firefighter talk after police it says call and there is no sound for the first call and then for the second there is sound but how do i fix that?

Do you have a link to the system in the database?

On trunked systems they use talkgroups, that are assigned to a voice freq to use, at the time of the call.

The only fix, with one dongle would be DSDPlus Fastlane in single dongle mode. And if you know Linux, I believe OP25 Boatbod will work also.

A single RTL-SDR (assuming that's what you're using) has a usable bandwidth of 2.4MHz. You'll need another RTL dongle to cover the difference. A single SDRPlay can also work as these cover 10MHz bandwidth.
