Thanks, I think I am getting closer. I chose King county and then I chose in Talkgroups all of Seattle simulcast, Capitol hill (seattle backup), EPSCA (whatever that was), and North seattle. Then I went into sites and chose Seattle PD, Tukwilla PD, Shorline PD, UW PD. Then said Save.
Now Bank 5 where I saved it came up with the following.
In Apha tag window (big window to left) Channels 1-16 say Seattle simulcast, 17-33 say EPSCA, 34-39 say North Seattle, and 40-55 sat Capital hill. The box window to bottom right says all the chosen police calls and alpha tags.
I programed to scanner and all 55 channels are there and match the above list I just gave you. Am I on the right track!
Now from what you have so kindly taught me and from reading. Each channel I have can have many differant broadcasts I.e. trunked freqs. So I may get different divisions on the same channel? Unlike Conventional where Tac 1 would be one freq and to go to Tac 2 or second channel would be another channel all togheter? Is this why the bottom text on say channel 502 where it says MOT: may say none when no transmission and then Seatttl PD or maybe King county depending on what trunked ID is found transmitting on same channel?
