Programing charts

Wherecan I find some simple charts/graphs to log fequenceys, band info etc? Just basic stuff I can print out.

I'd add a couple of columns to record the talk groups info as well on the EDACS and Moto charts. Make an Excel (sick) spread sheet so you can sort the data.

I took the time to sort of expand if you will on the conventional log sheet provided here. If anyone is interested let me know I will be glad to send it to you.
It allows you to either log the information via your computer or just print it and do it manualy. Im kind of proud of it myself. Its simple but useful. I created it on Excel. I just dont know how to post it on here.
