Programing with Starrsoft.com

I am very very new to programing from a computer. I have a Radio Shack Pro 197 scanner. I also bought the Starrsoft software. I need lots of help. When I go to RadioReference I select the Data Base for my state & county. I then tell it to download. After that I am Lost.. Radioreference then goes to the next page to sell me the program. I have already purchased the program. So what is the next step to . I am totally lost HELP

you need to select what frequencies to import
