Programming 996 For Atlanta

we will be traveling through Atlanta tomorrow, and I am trying to program my Uniden 996 to receive the Atlanta TRS. Can anyone advise if this is a Motorola Type II Standard system and it is NOT P25?

The P25 system is just in test mode. Totally analog.
