I cannot get my scanner programmed it has been rebanded in my parish of calcasieu Louisiana any help would be appreciated.

Are you using software? If so, it should handle the change since the DB has been updated. Please note, we are pretty sure that there are too many frequencies on the Calcasieu PS system at this time. As soon as we are a bit more confident we are going to remove the excess ones from the lineup. However, we do know that the marked CCh and alternate CChs are correct, and that is all you need in your radio anyway.
