You can find the frequencies here:

BUT according to the note right below "Law Enforcement", you will no longer be able hear Defiance County on VHF as of 30 Jan 2022. They have apparently switched to MARC and the Pro 163 IS NOT a digital scanner.

Looking at the groups in MARC for Defiance County, it also appears that Fire has also migrated there as well. As the majority of MARC is NOT simulcast you could probably find a decent digital scanner in the mid to upper $300 range. To stay with a desktop/mobile like the 163 your two next best choices might be the BCD996P2 or the BCD536HP. Should you want to go top of the line and get a color display for the $700+ range you can get the SDS-200.

Should you want a smaller unit and are just interested in Defiance County (and maybe OSP) you could check out the Unication pagers. Small, rugged, great reception running about the same as the SDS models. The two models you would be interested in are the G4 a single band (700/800) or the G5 dual band (700/800 default and you can pick VHF or UHF for the secondary). Keep in mind the Unication's ARE NOT SCANNERS, but you can come close with multiple talk groups in a single knob position. They are also excellent at receiving simulcast signals (should you venture to Toledo or Columbus).

Sadly the bottom line is your 163 is ancient history. There are still some non digital communications like air and in Ohio some city services (roads, schools, and such) are not on MARCS. But if they are digital then all you'll hear is garbage come across.
