programming assistance

Can anybody recommend a place or person that can program a portable radio shack scanner a pro 96 cat -20-526, i currently only have Charles County Md. Sherriff and fire on it now. Would like to get more as i seem to have plenty of room.
I am in the Southern Maryland area.

Best to post this in the state you are in. Someone may already have what you want or be close enough so you don't have to ship the radio.

Can you better specify what you want on it? I have a couple 96's and it does not do a very good job at all monitoring the simulcast systems. Don't want to see you go through a lot of trouble for nothing.

I work in Arlington, Va and Alex, Va, so i would like to try and get Arlington County Fire, police if i can, and Alexandria police and fire.
Calvert Co, Sherriff and Fire as well as St. Mary's. Prince Georges Fire and EMS.
That about it.

Apart from the simulcast issues, it doesn't cover 700 Mhz nor Phase II, the 96 won't copy Prince George's County's TRS....Mike
