Programming BCD996p2 Marine VHF channels

I am trying to figure out how to program VHF Marine Frequencies into Uniden Bearcat BCD996P2 using FreeScan. Thanks !!

you can set it to search with scan.

Trying to move conventional marine chans over to a group by themselves in a separate quick key.

Or you can use the Service Search FLs on the Yahoo Group. Yoy can disable all but the Marine Groups and change the FL Quick Key.

The OP is using a 996p2 - doesn't use favorite lists.

You should be able to assign your search to a QK using FreeScan - see the link belw

Go to 'Scanner'. then 'Setup Scanner Options'...I think this will work (never tried it, to be honest)

If all else fails - cut & paste into Freescan.
