programming for Allen county Indiana

I am trying to add Allen county Indiana to my gre 500 scanner in my Police car everything in my area works but when i put in Allen County Indiana I get nothing I have put all freq. in by hand from radio reference after trying the auto load were it only gives me 4 freq instead of all. Is there anyone in this area that can help.

FYI: Law enforcement in Allen County is fully encrypted = unmonitorable (denoted by mode "DE" in the database) Only mode "D" talkgroups are in the clear and can be monitored

What software title are you using? Maybe there's an "import control channels only" checkbox you need to uncheck to be able to import the remaining frequencies?

Also simulcast distortion may be a factor if you're within range of two or more simulcasting cells. Best way around this would be to monitor with a Uniden SDS100 or SDS200 or Unication pager

All public safety in Fort Wayne and Allen County is encrypted except for a couple county fire talkgroups.
