Programming Pro-2055

Is there a way to program this scanner? I have used Win97 to program the Caroline, Queen Anne's, and Talbot Counties Fire this system. I can see the talk groups displaying when someone is talking however no audio, I know the speakers work. What am I doing wrong?

You need a digital scanner to get the same talkgroups that the feed provides. The 2055 won't cut it since it's analog only. If you check the system being broadcast (Upper Maryland Eastern Shore Consortium Trunking System, Upper Shore, Maryland - Scanner Frequencies), you'll notice that most of the talkgroups listed for the feed have a mode of "D", which indicates digital transmissions.
