Program in the Troop H Simulcast Control channels (4) and what talkgroups you want to hear. You then use ID Scan rather than ID Search. If you leave the coverage area of Troop H Simulcast you will be out of luck. If you want to hear other users, you should be able to change to ID Search and hear all the others that are active on the site.
