Programming the Delaware SP

I have a new Uniden 796d scanner. Will some kind person give me a clue how to program the frequencies and talkgroups for the DSP? They appear to have three major sites with many frequencies and talkgroups listed by cities/areas. Do I have to put each site in a different "bank"? Any input would be appreciated.

It is best to put the three zones into seperate banks, it would work to put NCC and Sussex in the same bank, as the radio would not be able to hear both control channels at the same time. However there are only 100 talkgroups available per bank, it is very easy to fill 100 talkgroups with just public safety in just one zone. As far as programming goes, doing it manually can become quite tedious; I recommend purchasing one of the software offerings available. FORGET the one with the radio, it makes a good frisbee.
