Programming the Pro-2050

I am at the end of my rope. I have spent countless hours trying to program this thing with no luck.

Here's what I want to do...access the Fullerton (California) Police Dept frequency. Here's what the "Scannerstuff Southern California Scanner Directory" lists on page 278:

Fullerton Police Department ("Station 24")
Green 1
Dispatch and Primary Operations
[Dig-Enc] TG:53760 OC

Can anyone help me program this???? Thanks

The 2050 won't work on a digital system. No scanner will decode an encrypted talkgroup.
