Programming Uniden SC230

I recently purchased a used SC230 to use for the NASCAR races at Fontana in California. I have located the frequencies but the lists I am finding do not include the PL's. Do I need anything besides the frequencies?

Also this looks pretty complicated. Is there a site that provides them in a downloadable format so I don't have to enter them all manually? I am willing to pay for that service.

Any information would be appreciated. I have been at this for a week now!

The PL's reduce interference but are not required to listen to the frequencies
