Your AV software is giving you a false positive. Turn it off while you install ProScan or add an exception.

Out of curiosity, are you running Norton AntiVirus (NAV)? My NAV always gave a false-positive on ProScan until I added a permanent exception so that it ignores ProScan executables. The developer, @ProScan, always makes sure that his software and server(s) are virus and malware free so you can run the install executables for ProScan upgrades without any concerns.
