Proscan audio from SDS200 not working after installing new router

I've been using Proscan with my SDS200 for many years now with no issues, yesterday I installed a new Netgear Orbi router system, the router output is connected to a switch which is where the scanner is also connected to. I can get the scanner connected to proscan without any issues, however I cannot get the audio to come through. When I go into Audio Control and set the URL to the correct URL, including the "rtsp://" etc, it shows that it is connected, nothing red, but there is no Time Elapsed and the Bytes TX and RX don't move at all, also every minute or so, the red does pop up showing the "TCP Not Connected" and "UDP Not Connected".

So far I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Proscan software, I have updated the firmware on the scanner, I have disabled and reenabled the IP assignment on the scanner, I've tried the Auto (DHCP) and the manual IP assignment, although I can only get the scanner to work with the Auto assignment, I've tried countless times of restarting the scanner, reconnecting, etc. I've made sure my firewall is disabled (multiple times). I also downloaded Ping Plotter but honestly have no idea what i'm really looking at when I am watching it run on the scanner's IP address other than the count is up to 239, the average is 14.4, min is 0.5 and Cur is 8.2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know it has something to do with the new router since everything was working fine before I installed it, but I just cannot figure out what to change with the router to make it work properly.

Thanks!
