Proscan BCD396XT Import Updates

I have built a good database using Proscan 4.4.8 and it works great, but I haven't updated it for sometime.
My question:
Is there an easy way to update the database from RadioReference (new talkgroups etc), or do I have to manually download and import the frequencies from scratch and rebuild the whole thing?
Any input will help

I would download the system/s to a new database system/s. Then drag the channels or groups that you don't have to an existing system or go to the utilities and select Find Duplicates.
