Proscan Illinois State Police Problems

My scanner (SDS200) uses this configuration and only picks up the conventional frequencies. None of the talkgroups. The scanner doesn't even show them on the screen. Any suggestions?

It appears you don't have a tower programmed into Starcom. The closest site to the location on your nametag would be in Momouth (Site number is 2.21)

Freqencies listed for that site are: 852.825, 853.35, 853.925, 855.2125, 855.3875

Agree with response from @Mex. You need talkgroups and at least one site for a P25 trunked system.

And you usually don’t want to duplicate a trunked system (as you have done) unless you know what you’re doing and understand the ramifications.

It does look correct, but like @jtwalker said, HCSO & ISP are on the same system, theres not really a reason to have 2 of the same system when you can put HCSO in the same one with ISP. Does that make sense?

It does. The sites are checked by default. You may have hit the Uncheck All Sites or something.

The software doesn’t know which sites are important to you, so you have to select the ones that are. Or leave them all selected and use location control or site quick keys.
