Q: Can I move the license to a new computer if the old computer is no longer working
A: Send an email to support@proscan.org.

Q: How can I get a copy of my key.
A: Lost keys are sent on Mondays by end of day. Provide order #, email address used at time of purchase, Paypal receipt, registration name, date of purchase, or anything that can be used to look it up.

Are you unsure what email address it was sent to? I can only speak for my license which I bought back in 2012 but back then the subject line read "Proscan - Receipt with Key" sent from register@proscan.org. I'm still able to locate it in my inbox all these years later so unless you deleted it or used a different email address to register, it should still be there. Might want to search "all mail" for the subject line I gave you and/or the sender's address (assuming neither has changed between 2012 & 2017)
