ProScan Metadata to display on car head unit?

I would like to get certain metadata to display on the head unit in my Toyota vehicle. Currently streaming my ProScan feed through the web server function in ProScan using a browser on my Android phone connected to the radio head in my car by bluetooth. Current metadata source settings are as follows:
Scanner Custom Format is selected with "%C - %F - %FT"
Text to Show During Scanning is selected
The only thing to be displayed on the vehicle display is what I have typed after "Text To Show During Scanning". The channel name, frequency or frequency/talk group ID never shows.
What am I doing wrong?

So the metadata does show since you can see the text on the line "Text To Show During Scanning"
What type of scanner are you using?
Do you see the frequency/TGID where the red rectangle is?

Scanner is a BCD996T. When it stops on a channel the "Web Server Metadata" line shows the information that I am seeking but it doesn't show up in the car.

If that is showing but not the frequency, it sounds like the metadata is not being refreshed for some reason. I don't have any ideas other than try a different media player.
