Ive tried 3 pc's amd dame issue happened. Any ideas?

PC Tried

You're certain you chose the proper sound input here? (reference pages 7 & 8 of the Proscan manual to ensure you have your bases covered)

4. Click the Input Sound Device combobox.
5. Choose URL.
6. Click the URL Setup button.
7. Enter the IP address of the scanner. Example: --> rtsp://192.168.1.5/au:scanner.au The IP address will be different in your environment.
8. Click the Reconnect button.
9. If successful, "TCP Not Connected" and "UDP Not Connected" messages should disappear and "Bytes RX" increment

Set in the audio section rtsp://192.168.1.151/au:scanner.au
Do you see on the PROSCAN Server PC the Scanner working?
Do you hear on the PROSCAN Server PC the Scanner Audio?
Under COMM PORT have you set the PORT to URL? 192.168.1.151

I have that setting correct and set to URL
When I go to RSOIP section to connect, I get error
I can't tell from your first screenshot which mode's tab you're under. Maximize the window so we get the entire picture of every tab you've clicked so I can see you've clicked Audio Control tab then RSOIP tab and have set the source accordingly as I've outlined in post #2...
