Proscan screen window stopped working

The Proscan software stopped showing the screen of my SDS200. All other functions appear to work OK ... logging, control, Etc. Worked fine one hour then not the next. Has worked perfectly for a few years. Any ideas out there as to a fix?

Have you checked the usb cable between your PC and the SDS200? Rebooted both PC and SDS200?

I've unplugged and reconnected it. Even though it hasn't been moved. I keep it connected full time and hasnt been an issue.

Power everything off, computer, SDS200 etc.
Then power it all back on but leave the USB cable disconnected. Connect the USB cable after the computer and SDS200 are both fully booted up.
Then try ProScan again.

There's been an issue noted with I think the x36 and maybe the SDS models where a complete power cycle was needed to get things talking again. I don't recall the exact specifics but this problem has been discussed in the past.

I did this before posting, but did it again. Same result. It communicates, just the SCREEN is dark on the PC. Buttons click and perform. The lower screen shows hits.

Since this is an SDS200, why not use Ethernet (vs USB)?

If just the text is not showing then check these options.
If using the Sentinel colors, change it to use the ProScan colors.

{edit} If still not working then go to the menu - View and ensure the Normal Display is set.
