SDS100/SDS200: Provoice Upgrade?

I remember asking this question a while back, but it was before I purchased my SDS-100, so I do not recall the answer now.
Is Pro voice worth it? I tried looking up frequencies in my area, but none use provoice anymore, leading me to believe Provoice must have gone EOL a while back.

I am planning on purchasing the DMR & NXDN upgrades, as it seems like, as I mentioned above, it looks no agency uses provioice in my area.

ProVoice is EOL (end of life).
Basically it's a dead - or dying technology.
