Now that spring is upon us, how much more time do we have to scan prior to the Capital E ?

SPD is rolling encryption out on select talkgroups as of a few days ago. SPD Data is now encrypted; Tac S is intermittently in the clear but most calls I've heard today aren't. Based on some calls I've overheard from KCSO and the various LE task forces that use Interop 4 and 6, I would expect county Tac channels to go encrypted as soon as this week.

Listened to Tac 9 last year during the protests and actually submitted it to the DB. The dispatcher was clear (then anyway) and the officers were ENC.

I also heard SPD Data in the clear last week.
