Any info on how far along Putnam county is on building and setting up their 700mhz system

Certain sub-sites have had their racks delivered to the shelter but they remain wrapped in plastic and not yet installed.

Does anyone know if they switched over yet? I haven't heard anything on the Putnam 911 dispatch channel for the west. Many of the patrol cars that I have seen have new shorter black antennas. No more CB antennas on them.

The control channel literally came online this week. Not all subsites on the air yet. Patience, give it some time, lots of moving parts.
