Question about a call hearing on 452.800

So is he a. Been herring somthing that sounds like a bus team but I’m not sure I heard one of them them say they were heading to Eugene street so I’m just trying to figure out what bus team I am herring dose anybody have any Arabic’s for me in using a sdr dongle with a comment gp3 antenna on my house so I’m just trying to figure out what this is if anybody has any advice that would be great
