Question about a repeater

So I have used repeater book to find me some repeaters and I noticed that for Wendell’s repeater it says Nc viper tower I was just woudering if that means that the Wendell repeater is hookup to the nc viper system and if not it’s ok if sombody knows if it’s still hooked up let me know thanks

No, part 97 ham repeaters aren't linked to public safety radio systems. It most likely means co-located on an NC VIPER RF subsite and equipment in the same shelter.
