Question For Gommert

Hi,
Have my new 396XT.......This is a whole different animal than the classic 396T. I'm not getting ANYWHERE with Freescan. When is the update for the 396XT going to be available? I've had this scanner for two days and have yet to hear ANYTHING on it !
