Question on El Paso county fire dispatch ( "red" dispatch channel)

New to scanning the El Paso county/COS area and was wondering, does El Paso county fire dispatch all agencies for the county except COS FD?
I'm trying to sort out the different agencies and whos who. Upgraded from a BCD436 to the SDS100 when I moved down here from up in Douglas county, seems to work a lot better on this system then my 436 so far. I've only had my SDS100 a couple days but seems to be a good scanner for the area.

EPSO RED dispatches many of the County fire agencies, with a few exceptions - the City of Colorado Springs has it's own dispatch, as does Fort Carson & Peterson AFB. But you'll find most everything else on RED.

They dispatch for 20+ fire agencies and they also dispatch for EPSO SAR, but SAR has their own freq
