In the TG listings for the AIRS system, what does it mean when the talk group ID is in bold blue?

Those are talkgroups that someone is streaming online. You may need an account with Broadcastify to listen to them.

Those are talkgroups that someone is streaming online. You may need an account with Broadcastify to listen to them.

Just to add to it, they are streaming and audio has recently been heard on the CALLS Platform, not on Broadcastify. If no audio has been heard within the specified time period the blue changes back.

Absolutely correct. More precisely, I believe the TG will be highlighted if there has been at least one transmission on that TG on the Calls platform in the past 24 hours. After that, it ceases being highlighted.
