I have a BCT8 and a Pro83. The pro is non trunking and i have it running on unitrunker and decodes everything just like the BCT8 does. Also non digital.

If you mean as a source of base-band audio (tapped) then yes; however, as Muxlow alludes to, it is not Trunker that you would use, but rather UniTrunker, a different piece of software.
I have an 800 mhz MTS2000 operating as a receiver for the Colorado DTRS system, I'm in a poor reception area, but have 10+% better decode then any of my Uniden's on the same antenna system... Using the UniTrunker.
