Hello,

Please excuse errors in terminology - beginner here.

On my display, I see

S0:1234*

If I turn off 1-4, I see

S0:*****

and get a warning about "Nothing to Scan" - fair enough.

Turning on any system or systems from 1 to 4 gets rid of the warning - fair enough.

Turning on only #5, the warning is still there. ???

The #5 slot seems to correspond to a non-existent system, as I only have four systems defined currently. How did I do this? How can I get rid of it?

I've looked all through the (very small) set of systems that I have, don't see quick key 5 set up to point to anything.

Thanks for any help,
Daniel

Nothing is assigned to 5 so there is "nothing to scan" this is normal.

If #5 is turning on, there has to be something assigned to it. Otherwise there would be a triple-beep and it would not turn on.

Also, the 5 slot would show a - not a * if it's not assigned to anything.

Yeah well some of the software leaves GHOST keys if they were assigned before and you reload the scanner and don't use them on the reload. But they show up but can't be turned on or off.
