QUICK KEYS PROGRAMMED NO GRP

So number 1 and number 4 group quick key is assigned but when on system 5 they don't show up When I scroll they are in exactly the same order in freescan. However in SQ 5 Is on but in GRP neither 1 or four are present. They just have asterisks in place.

they are locked out, press the number of the group you want to hear while the system is scanning, that will unlock them.

Yes but there is no actual way to see if they are on or off.
