Just curious if anyone else has actually ever heard traffic in the clear on this system. If so, what tower or locality are you getting activity on?
I monitored only two TGIDs today, 171 and 770--encrypted off with garbled audio off of White Tanks.
Ever since the Payson PD activity showed up here as encrypted, I had removed this system from my scanners as every TGID I've ever logged on the system provides either no audio or is garbled, showing ENCRY on my display.
