R30 and ads-b

Can the r30 be used as an ads-b receiver to pc. I have the r30 and SDs-100. No sdr dongle right now

I use this $50 dongle which has a filter and preamp built in. No way I would dedicate my R30 as an ADS-B receiver, even temporarily, when $50 will do it better using that dongle. The link is to Amazon. I use mine with a Raspberry Pi.
